Quality factory pat.
The hardest part of replacing the shaft is getting the old broken shaft out of the motor head. I recommend using a dremmel with a wire brush attachment. For installation use Red locktite on both the shaft and the motor housing and finish the top of the threads off with some 3M5200 sealer. Easy fix

Cheap but exactly what I expected
Exactly what it is. If you are looking at this product you know what kind of quality to expect for the money. All the parts were there. No missing hardware, paint was decent. Just a little aggravating to assemble. The directions were not the best but if you have any mechanical inclination it isnt impossible. Looks good in the yard.
