  For me its not about how you handle a normal sale but how you handle when things went wrong and seller did great! Put the order in and when the items arrived there were 2 cards (I had ordered 4). Notified the Seller and they immediately shipped out the missing two. Those arrived relatively quickly and I popped one into my server and it ran no problem. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.

  Shipping was way faster then i expected, originally listed at 1-2m and i was ok with that but product arrived in just 9 days to Canada! Ive always avoided ebay but this seller had the Lian Li Reverse blade fans i couldn't find anywhere local so i ordered 3 of the 9 i needed to test it out and finish my computers.   Honestly, this seller has helped me out so much. There was a slight change with the product and they sorted it out straight away and it has just arrived way before they said it would so excellent shipping. The last mile carrier, UniUni made a failed delivery attempt the first time, but when I reached out to this seller, they replied right away and provided all the necessary information to contact UniUni to make a second attempt to deliver the package. The bracket is also well made and fits perfectly the Nvidia Quadro P620 Graphics card.
