Great book for early homeschool curriculum
Takes all the guesswork out of planning. It isn't a very "meaty" curriculum *but* it's a great investment for those still weary of diving in full force.

6 year old begged for the book!
My son has never seen the movie but he loves cats. So based on the title alone he just had to read it. Cute storyline kept him engaged and large book and print made for easy reading and lovely pictures. Definitely recommend! We also have the Peter Pan book from the same collection. The books are much larger than your typical childrens book. These are certainly the type you pass from generation to gen.

For any child who asks a million questions!
My 6 year old son is very inquisitive when it comes to science or history. He also wants to be a Navy Corpsman when he grows us so there are a lot of anatomy & physiology questions he asks. He loves this book. When I first got ahold of one of these Time Life books for kids that are all about the why and how of some of kids most asked questions then I knew this was right for us. It's got real photographs (they are stock photos) but they are colorful and incredible. They keep even the youngest inquisitor satisfied while mom or dad (or older sibling) read the paragraph or so on each question. Definitely good for science or curious minded kiddos with strange and random questions. Or just likes odd facts!
