We appreciate the opportunity to buy more track for our long-retired Lego train. Shipping from Germany to the US has been proven to be a challenge and this shipment was no exception. This is no fault of the vendor, but the carriers need to take more care. The packaging always arrives wet and mostly destroyed. We feel very lucky that all of the contents/pieces were included.

I ordered 2 of these , but when I received the package it was open, the packaging was damaged and 1 item was missing. No fault of the vendor. They had excellent customer service and gave me a refund for the one item and half of the shipping cost.

I plan on replacing the stickers anyway though so I am not concerned. Shipping was very fast from Germany to Canada. The only thing that could have been better is the packaging, Item was shipped in a bubble mailer envelope and was lucky it did not get lost in transit because the envelope arrived torn open with the contents falling out.

It was as described, shipped fast, packed in only a padded envelope (a bit alarming) but the piece arrived safe and sound. Would absolutely buy again as a last resort.
