No sleep yet.
Tried it for 3 consecutive nights but still awake.so i bought another brand with more valerian content. Waste of money.

Gives me more wrinkles
Used it for 2 weeks and i noticed that wrinkles on both sides of my forehead appeared prominently which were not there before.slightly right above both eye brows.
