Mixed bag.
The graphics card says AMD.
The box it came in says NVIDIA.
The installation disk says both AMD and NVIDIA even though the HD6450 chipset is from AMD.
The product works ok but needs a thorough shakedown to check stability. My existing drivers work ok.
The inclusion of a fan is nice but overkill and not needed as the genuine vers of the 2Gb HD6450 does not get hotter than 50-55 degrees - so heatsink should be fine.

A Simple and easy to install card.
I upgraded from the 1Gb version to the 2Gb of this card.
Recommended for anyone running on a legacy bios.
Easy to install with options for some overclocking through the updated software.
Ok for some older games.
