As described - the length can be adjusted in seconds. Great ergonomics. Awesome buy!! Recommended. I have many jumping ropes - this model is the best for my purposes. 🤗

Nice covet
The design and quality of the cover are very good, however, the zip gives away the fact that’s it’s not a book. Look rather like a portfolio...
