Great product
I've been using this for 25 years.
Either microwave for 10-15 seconds or melt place container in hot water. DO NOT get water in it. Either melt to liquid stage and use a spatula or just a bit, take out a small amount & knead with fingers to make it golden & sticky. Place on hair and wait about 10 seconds strip off going against hair growth direction.

Update on review. CONSTANTLY gets blocked. Have to clean it ee
Every half hour.
Stuck it in an old bathtub. Needs 100% sun but cords long enough but doesn't work when it's cloudy either
