Could have gone wrong as courier chosen was Evri (formerly Hermes) who delayed delivery so left outside my front door the whole day so I was lucky to get the item but apart from the company chosen to deliver the parcel, item as described and posted quickly so overall happy.

Great Hoover's but there's a catch
These industrial Henries are great , there suction is really good but they're are a few flaws , firstly and mainly the cable management once you unwind it there is no going back , be prepared for a cobweb for the rest of your life. I believe it's just unnecessarily loud because it's got a bigger motor than the normal red Henry however I don't see a massive suction increase over the red Henry. If I was to buy again I'd definitely go for the red Henry even for on site work purposes , it's just more refined. This does look a bit more professional however but I don't think it's worth sacrificing so much usability just to look good.

No point
You have to put your phone on the pad so precisely and then have to wait there for a bit to make sure it’s charging. It’s really slow aswell, I don’t see the point. And if you want to stick a normal wire in your phone you have to take the case off the take the pad out , the carry it around with you.... just stupid.

I ignored the reviews and bought.
I only bought because the top Charging port on my pad was faulty so I needed this one or something similar. But it's literaly garbage. Impossible to line the pad up. Theres a little sharp but at the bottom which when I was trying to put the pad on the dock it just scratched my whole pad. It has no weight to it feels really flimsy and it's a big box and not small and round like shown in the pictures. I do not reccomend. If you can, buy something else.
