Finally, and after calling PayPal, we found that PayPal sometimes charge a "reserve" and a "payment to the seller" amount. The "reserve" amount is refunded to the buyer after a week. Before we found out this, the communications and the attitude of the seller were always friendly and cooperative. Items arrived quickly and very well packaged. I highly recommend him.
