A great introduction to Goo Goo Dolls
1 of 1 found this helpful Before I bought this album i'd only heard two Goo Goo Dolls songs - Iris and Give a Little Bit (although i didn't realise it was their version that i'd heard). Give a Little Bit is on this album, and I could listen to that song all day.
My other favourite songs apart from Give a Little Bit are Strange Love, Become and Better Days.
I honestly think that if you like Iris you'll like this album, and the more times you play it, the more you'll love the song. I liked the album so much I decided to buy the Live in Buffalo cd/dvd from April 4th 2004 - I would highly recommend that too!!!
If you like husky rock with a soft centre, then this is worth your pennies! Enjoy!

Girly Road Trip Movie
This is a feel good, low effort movie which portrays the realistic struggle that women have in relationships. It's funny, and I have to say that Christina Applegate is possibly better than Cameron Diaz. The plot is a simple one - Girl meets guy, and follows her gut instinct, and him to a wedding. Girl takes a friend for moral support, and they drive the distance, having a laugh and causing trouble as they go.
I don't really know what else to say other than it's a feel good movie, that had me dancing from Macy Gray's song at the beginning. It really does try to explain why women get relationships wrong, because we start them with the wrong intentions. See it - there's only one wierd bit (the 'restaurant' song), but the rest will have girls everywhere wondering if they should take a chance once in a while.
