Would not call it slimming world compatible
Sure you can track your food in it but this diary is geared up towards a specific eating plan which involves calorie counting. Slimming world does not require calorie counting. In fact I’m sure one of the reasons slimming world works for so many is there isn’t a need to constantly weigh and measure things.
The diary itself is good quality and looks lovely. It’s full of exercise tips and spaces to make notes of recipes. There are a number of spelling errors in the text in the book which does annoy me but not as much as the fact this product is piggy backing on the slimming world brand to get sales when really it’s totally unrelated. If you want a journal to track your slimming world journey this is not for you. If you are just tracking food and counting calories then this would be perfect for you. It’s a bargain price as well for what you get. It’s just not right for me
