  The item was shipped with missing controller. We received unit and it was dirty and damaged. Had to take to gamestop to have it fixed and cleaned. The controller was shipped after and still waiting on it . Next couple of days. When I stated about the damaged unit I was told take it up with shipper. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone to do a claim I'm the recipient. There's only $100 insurance on shipping so if it was destroyed I'd be screwed. I'm out cost repairs $100. Daughter 🎂 ruined
