Aladdin lamp lox-on mantle R150 review.
4 of 4 found this helpful While this mantle does not provide the level of illumination that the original mantles did, it fits perfectly and locks on to the lamp correctly. It is my understanding that the original mantles were coated with a rare earth element that gave more light, but that rare earth element can no longer be used due to some concern. The mantle I bought arrived with no USPS shipping damage, it seems to be quite tough before the coating is burned off. I installed it and lit it outside away from drafts to burn off the coating. I'm sure that after burning off the coating, it is very fragile. Due to the cost, I'm not going to experiment and try to destroy it. This is what is currently available to keep the Aladdin lamps burning.

Strong design
These brackets wrap around the edge of the door and the door roller is installed separately, with a wrap around bracket which makes the door roller track true. With this bracket, the door roller does not bind when the door is closed. Installing this bracket solved my door closing problems.

Universal Bore Guide considerations
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great item to have when cleaning your rifle to keep bore solvents out of the trigger group. It is universal so the guides are not always the best match in diameter to the cleaning rod you are using. It is not a big deal to make up inserts to match the specific cleaning rod to the bore guide and to the rifle. This is a high quality item. The handle unscrews easily so if your rifle scope is in the way, the handle can be removed and replaced to clear the scope. There may be a couple of rifles that this guide won't fit, the Savage MkII comes to mind, so a careful examination of the pictures of the guide and the rifles it is intended for is a good idea. This is just a nice item to have at a very reasonable cost.
