premium product, value for money
As good as, if not better than what you will find at a health food store. And at a much better price!

I Love it!
I LOVE Christmas and this book is full of northern Christmas tradition, recipes and photos. There is a white cover version of this book, however, I sourced the green. As for me it is Christmas green.
Even though I am vegan there are many dishes included in this book that are vegetable only and/or easy to adapt. I made the Nut Roast to rave reviews in the house! The other veg dishes are on the list to make. From all the recipes I have seen so far, this book is about making special dishes, as it should be for Christmas.

Good book with useful information
Well laid out book that is easy to read and look up diseases and/or disorders. Loads of specific information on each subject. You must have learned the Theta Healing process to understand the instructions. Definitely recommend if you are a Theta healer and working with conditions on yourself, loved ones or clients.
