Unfortunate situation resolved. Perhaps future sales the seller may want to consider providing additional protection to fragile objects, as mailing services don t tend to heed warnings like fragile on the box as often as they should. When shipping glass, it s better to overprotect It than to underprotect it. Thank you for resolving the problem.

Insurance is paid for a reason. Need to file a claim if they damage something. I said I would just refund instead of having you go out of your way for something the post office did. They wanted me to take broken jar to them, as I told you in messages. Post office also said you could take to post office which i told them was not right making you do it. This is why I now use UPS instead of USPS most of the time. Get story straight. I NEVER asked you to do anything with disputes.
