Good replacement part to Arduino Nano clone fuse schottky diode
Works as specified. A bit small , but still possible to solder it to the Arduino board.

Great Arduino with more memory
Especially good if multiple serial lines are needed like e.g. in case of configuring BT serial adapters like HC-06. Is compatible with Arduino shields.

Excellent product
Now when using this, I don't need oscilloscope any more. Works with Arduino 5V logic levels very well. I have not tested operation with 3.3V but assume it will work since "1" = 2.0..5.5 Volts and ="0" =-0.5..0.8V
