Very Effective Toning for the Whole Body

The workout is still as hard as it was when I first bought it years ago. And although I have it on VHS, DVD is so much better because it's much easier to skip straight to the sections that I want to do and past those I don't want to do. It's worthwhile to have this DVD in any workout collection because it really tones your whole body fast. It's much more effective than a lot of the new shorter workouts available today. Although it's technically a "buns" workout, it's all inclusive. It starts with a warm-up, then toning the arms, hips and legs, abs, and ends with a cool down and stretching. It's very retro to see the 80's hairstyles and workout clothes, but that only adds to its charm. Greg Smithey is a very pleasant instructor and I never get tired of his little jokes that keep it light and fun. Be ready to do lots of reps of each move. It takes a while to build up enough endurance to be able to do the whole workout without taking mini breaks. But seeing the results makes it worth it.
