I was very pleased with the way in which each item was beautifully wrapped but I was soon disappointed when I unpacked the final 2 glasses and both did not have a waterford watermark on the base and one of the stems was a completely different pattern! However, I messaged the seller and she responded immediately, apologised and made a partial refund for the 2 faulty glasses so, as a result, I would buy from this seller again.

Good morning, i have just opened the package and on of the candle sticks is broken. To be fair im not sure why as they were package well. Might be worth contacting courier. The other one is lovely. Not sure if there is anything you can do. Marked down on postage as broken but not sellers fault. Thanks.

The vintage Dormy blanket was dispatched very speedily, arriving perfectly parcelled in a clear, zipped waterproof cover, wrapped inside some heavy duty, brown protective packaging. It was in precisely the condition as advertised. The woollen material's condition was faultless. Excellent value, a brand new blanket of this standard is priced at four times the amount paid here. I would not hesitate to purchase from Lush Treasures again. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
