Quit smoking
1 of 1 found this helpful This is so far the best way to quit smoking as known to me. It gives the same kick as cigarette. If you can replace this with cigarette just for 1 day, i m sure you will quit smoking.
Drawbacks - Sugary so to be used wisely by diabetic people. Since you need not cut off from social gathering and need not find a special place to use this as in a cigarette to smoke, it might be more addictive.
