Item as described, but terrible postage experience. A two box order for the bed and one box turned up a month before the second box showed up, worst experience I've had on eBay for a long time. To the point where I was feeling scammed and started a return process on eBay to make sure I was inside the eBay customer protection window. But the kids have some bunks, just in time for Santa. FFS.

1000C.. Ultrasoft sheets sets As pictured Very soft to lay in. Nothing wrong with the sheets... I just didn't like the way that you needed to message the sellers first so they can change the invoice over to delivery it took nearly a week & it was really time consuming to get an answer & then there was a mixed up with the invoice ect.....Then when I got them delivered, I received them separately on diff days even know I paid for the 3 sets all at the same time? so I don't know what happ there?

Very disappointed with this seller, the chairs that I ordered, in a dark colour as advertised, arrived and were a totally different light pine colour, seller tried to tell me it was the “lighting” . Communication was tedious and unnecessary. I got no reply to my question whether I would receive the chairs in the colour wood I ordered or not, I ended up just getting a refund and buy chairs from a different supplier. Very disappointing experience.
