surprisingly easy and effective and inexpensive replacement item
I checked out a few youtube videos on how to uninstall and reinstall... the one with using a hairdryer to loosen up the old lens was the best in my opinion.
Regardless it was a much smoother and easier process than i was expected with excellent results.

As Advertised
It does exactly what it's supposed to and it does it well. Had one for YEARS, (close to 20) and it never went awry. Getting another now for a new apartment as I'm leaving the old one behind with the speaker set up. The new renter LOVED it and asked for it.
