Buy it new. The difference in price is small compared to used.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this product to help myself multitrack, as well as record gigs that I perform at. It is an outstanding device. People have complained that it is not intuitive. I have found it to be fairly intuitive with many features. You simply have to play around with it. The onboard mikes are great. I have external mikes, but don't think I will use them. Getting the remote is a very wise idea.
My only complaint is that the device could use some upgrading in terms of the screen. It seems as though it was designed a while back and has not been improved upon.
However, I still recommend it.
