    When the ring arrived it was not as pictured. It’s been satisfactorily resolved with a return and full refund; however the exchange has left a sour taste, as I immediately contacted them within minutes of opening the package to inform them that the product was faulty, only to receive a defensive and insulting accusation that the product appeared used by us, insisting they’d checked it. Jumping straight to blaming the customer (accusing them of deception is not a great customer service model).
