Great 30 Minute Workout
I lead water aerobics and we were getting bored with the same old, same old tapes, although they are good. However, we tried this out, got our belts, and are so enthusiastic that we are incorporating it. It's a great workout, using more of your core and it is quite aerobic. It's easy to follow and I laminated the diagrams, although they are really not necessary. More, please!
The 2nd CD is just their music, no instructions, and that's a bit of a waste because we play our own music.

Wonderful For The Money
I've been using this cream on my face for years, and considering what I've done to my skin (tanning, previous smoking) my face should look like an old hag's, but at 71, people say I look much younger. A dermatologist recommended it years ago, told me it was just as good as the more expensive creams, and he's correct.
