Faulty product
1- When I opened the package I have found one of the volume buttons broken (the top of the button is not sealed) so I guess water can leak in. Not a great way to finish and package a product.
2- The sound is vey different from each earpiece which makes listening to songs or music a horrible experience.
3- The battery is terrible; after few secounds from being full charged it drops to medium.
4- Bluetooth range is ok
Having said that, I'm not sure if all the epic2 are bad or faulty like my mine or it's just my lousy luck.
I would appreciate if the company could replace my epic2 with new ones that are actually working.
