Within a few days I was informed they were out of stock, and it would be six to eight weeks Belford the next stock… I replied that I would wait for it regardless. It was not accepted. Mean while I got the item from elsewhere within three days. Very poor service.

I have no idea what and where's the reception is?? And, his/her English was hard to understand. Asked post office since it supposed to send it there as parcel collect, and there's no parcel to collect at all. Feels like scam, so ask eBay to follow up and luckily got my money back. Never shop with this seller again, blacklisted.

Seller’s response was condescending and in poor English. This is a drop-ship seller, they don’t post items personally. I’ve requested a refund (of my daughter’s hard earned pocket money) so she can purchase the books she wants from a reliable seller but now this seller is ignoring my messages. This has definitely been the worst eBay experience I have ever had. Buyers beware!
