F150 tailgate latch
Because it was put in a bubble bag and not a box, it arrived broken and had me upset as I don’t have time to send it back and wait for another one! It was bent and clips were broke from mailmen throwing it around! Had it been in a box with bubble wrap, I’d have had a decent product. All the bubbles in the bag were collapsed making it vulnerable to damage.

Aligator jumpers
The wire is nice and flexible, but the clips are really hard to squeeze down, that's if you can get them squeezed because the plastic around it rotates and causes you to slip off the clip. You have to end up putting silicone on the plastic to keep it from slipping off the clip.

12 volt power
It arrived and produced no power. Annoyed and I don't have time to play the game of return and wait for replacement!!!! As a electronic technician I repair this one and ordered another one for another project. These power supplies are well filtered meaning there's no hum for audio amplifiers so they're pretty good. The one that didn't work arrived with a pile of loose connections probably from Postman bouncing around so re-soldered it and now it works great. 1 is 4 and audio amplifier and the other one is for a drill.
