Holiday Inn .... a good way to celebrate any holiday !
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a movie that the older generation, like myself, will enjoy. We
remember the actors when they were in their younger years, and it takes us
back to our own. It is a classic "oldie" .... no violence...no drunkenness...
...just good music, dancing, and humor. A classic remembrance of yesteryear,
it will be around ...and popular... as long as there are senior citizens who
remember Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. I was glad to see it again...and mom
and I will watch it again each holiday season that we get to enjoy.

A good trail camera !
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a good camera. It does its work well; it programs relatively easily;
it gets "good mileage" out of its D-cell batteries (6); It seems oblivious to
wet weather. It has a fault or two. Namely, retrieving the chip is a bit
difficult, especially with cold fingers, and it is vital to have a complete
understanding of the owners manual that comes with it. You must be sure to
clear the internal memory when changing chips, or you won't get any pics.
Yep....I'd buy another one ! In fact, I already have !!

Checkering and Carving of Gunstocks by M. Kennedy
3 of 3 found this helpful Have waned a copy of this book for years...finally got it through eBay, and
will never regret it. Learning to checker a gunstock is much easier if one
has this book of instructions. I like the author's great humor, which one
discovers in the very first few pages. The instructions are clear and simple,
and more than complete. He even gives instructions on the making of ones
own checkering tools.
The book offers advanced instructions for easy- to- complicated designs and for carving patterns in addiion to the various stages of difficult checkering
designs.
It is my belief that one of average talent can become a skilled
gunstock checkerer if he follows the instructional steps in the pages of this
book, which is recognized as a classic within the the gunstock trade.
