  The seller put in the description of the computer that it was: "Used: but in near perfect condition"; however, this was a lie because the computer arrived with bumps and dents in the corners that were not in the photos or description. Additionally, it came poorly packaged and with traces of dirt on the screen and keyboard. Everything is supported with the attached images.

  IMPOSSIBLE.product was packed VERY well, and in the same packaging used BY APPLE to ship machines from service. Was cleaned, and had cables neatly wrapped so i have NO idea what you are talking about. the machines was TO ME was great shape and had one minor ding as most of these computers get and was in the description.its not NEW and it's impossible to be in NEW condition.it works perfectly, and is in great condition for the age that it is.maybe something happened in transit or something.
