A great comprehsive value.
This book gives detailed instructions on how to make tempeh and starter culture by different methods for home use or a cottage business. There is detailed history of tempeh and its use in many countries.There are many good/simple tempeh recipes. I recommend the book.

A great value and tool for 12volt sytsems.
A must have for those who have Bedini SSG wheels. You can measure the exact watt hours to run the motor and then the exact output of the batteries that were charged. The two results can then be compared for an exact efficiency number! Gives changing values for volts, amps. watts and accumulated watt hours. No guessing at O.U.
