Not new, not clean, not cleared, lies it was black!

This was not a new phone. It had 350 contacts on it with all their personal information. The calendar had all events on there, for years. We had to unlock the phone, the T mobile guy said it was not usable. The phone kept shutting down after a five minute call limit. We had to hard reset, restart, delete and reload to make it work. This was NOT a new phone!
