  Asked questions before I bought the boots, got home a few days after they showed up, tried them on and they were unfortunately a little too big. Messaged seller stating they were a tad too big and requested a refund. She made a comment stating she knew I would be a problem and don’t buy from her again. I made the comment of why do you get bent out of shape? I’m still within the refund time frame, her response was “whatever” Not very professional.

  I know it could be a problem with you because you asked questions that if you would had paid attention to the pictures, you would know the answer and 11W means WIDE so yes they fit a little bigger than regular, and because you didn't pay attention I have to lose more than $50 for shipping cost (including return) I don't mind pay return or absorb the full amount when is my mistake or the pictures didn't show real damage, but that was not the case and sorry but your mistake cost me some money.
