GREAT scanner antenna
I was disappointed in the tri-band NMO 150450758 performance on 800MHz, and wanted something that had a little more reach than a 1/4 wave. With this antenna I can see the 3dB of added RSSI, and it smokes the tri band antenna on 800. As a nice bonus, it does very well on VHF and ok on UHF. If your primary band is 800, secondary VHF, and 3rd UHF- give this thing a try. I donβt think youβll be disappointed. Only negative is the whip is shiny bright and stands out a little bit.
