Not A Cold Weather Lock
Overall I like the lock, however I live in really cold country and it tends to sieve when it is exposed to cold outdoor conditions. My solution is to have a hair drier at hand, not always an easy thing.And to be prepared to spend more than the normal few seconds unlocking on cold days. I like the relative pick proof characteristics of the lock, and that's why I use it.

Missing An Important Tool
Installing the updates is very time consuming. There is no tool to get a clean hard drive, sometimes a necessary step that should be obvious to the publishers.

I'll watch it again and again over time
I watched the series on PBS when it was playing in Chicago and thoroughly enjoyed seeing the whole series once again. It is on the shelf now and in another year or so I'll watch it again, it is that good. I've dedicated an older laptop to region 2 entertainment solving that problem.
