Seller raised a claim stating I hadn’t sent the iPhone - I had proof of delivery with photo and signature. He withdrew his claim after I phoned him but it leaves a bitter taste that I had to go to the trouble of contacting him. I’m his only purchase on eBay as all other transactions are sales by him. Be careful if selling!

And now he leaves me negative feedback because I dared to call him out! He tried to explain to me how I was wrong because I didn't understand how ebay business accounts work - I am a private seller and couldn't care less about how his system works. He had received the item and I had a signature and photo of it, then he updates ebay that it's not delivered and says it because he has so many parcelled not opened yet - not my problem and yet he reports as undelivered. Unbelievable for a business
