    He advertised a brand new cover with box. I have got an used cover without box. The shipping time got extra time cause of additional VAT price (I paid VAT when I purchased it) I have contacted the seller 6 days ago but no response.

    Shipping was delayed by Hungarian Customs who then charged you more VAT incorrectly, and we have no recourse to correct this. Apologies for the condition of the item, this was our error - we have issued you a full refund for your entire purchase
