Just another box of junk claiming to be an antenna.
4 of 6 found this helpful It does pick up a lot of channels but it will not hold the signal. The picture constantly fades in and out, freezes, jerks and jumps, and is affected by absolutely everything. If you like watching television in 10 second intervals, or adjusting the antenna every time you switch channels, this is the antenna for you. It's $17 for a reason, and that's $16 too much.

Please read this book.
Still one of my all-time favorite books. I reread it almost every year. Quick short easy read. Just a really great way to look at life. Laughs and tears and a million thoughts. What else could you ask from a book? Also, one of the greatest lines of any book. At least my 20th copy. Gave the first 19 away, as I will this one.

RIP, W.C., Carlotta's book honors/loves you so much more than the movie did
1 of 1 found this helpful Found this when I was looking for the DVD of the same name. Very honest and informative, and casual. The movie portrayal seemed pretty accurate. She took life, and W.C., in stride. A definite must for any Fields fan. She took a much more loving and much lighter approach than the movie did. The movie showed the sad and dark and alcoholic side of one of the funniest men of his time. Fields was an icon before there were icons. Steiger was perfect. Carlotta loved the man dearly, and immediately in her book, and he loved her back as best he could. It wasn't much, but she was his Chinaman. She was W.C. Fields' mistress, officially. I enjoyed hearing her story without all the Hollywood rewrites. Two thumbs up for me. RIP, Carlotta
