Upon late arrival, the measurements were correct at least. Unfortunately the dress reeks strongly of cigars/tobacco smoke. I’ve already had it cleaned and it still smells so strongly I had to put it outside of the house. Same with the packaging from the order. I asked for a partial refund to fix this issue but the seller was dismissive of my reasonable request. The description said it needed cleaning but this is beyond the need of a normal garment cleaning in anyway.

The dress was sent priority/USPS and the tracking number was provided to customer when mailed. The item was stored properly from a smokeless environment as ALL my items for the past 20+ years, and positive ratings. The buyer inaccurately described my item purposely to try and get a discount, after submitting numerous unacceptable bids. This Designer Dress was Purchased NEW and Never worn, I always state clothing items should be cleaned after being stored.
