Best $250 I have spent in a long time
This phone is full of surprises but as a gamer, I highly recommend it for mobile games. Final Fantasy Mobius surprisingly runs as smooth as IOS on this phone. It doesn't heat up that much and quite snappy and smooth. For its price, I'm surprised that this gem of a phone beats my Samsung S7 in many ways. Plus the MIUI skin is the best android skin I have used. Simple, effective, user friendly. Its optimised for most apps. My only complain is its management of app permissions where you will find yourself re-enabling permissions for some apps. There is a Xiaomi community which is very supportive and the brand is surprisingly reliable. I think I might get myself a MI 6 as well but the Redmi Note 4x is by far my main driver right now. Its got the premium feel, the power and the reliability.

Has halo effect
0 of 2 found this helpful As much as i would like to love this tempered glass protector, unfortunately there is a huge halo effect surrounding the borders. I tried
two protectors and both are not able to handle the S7's curved screen. Unfortunately its not gonna be something i would like to keep on my phone as it is unsightly. Aside from that the coverage is nice and doesnt gather smudges or fingerprints. But then none of that matters as long as that halo is there. Everytime you turn off your phone screen you will always see that border almost as if there is no adhesive in between. Im afraid if left long, it might actually leave a mark on my screen so there, its off to the bin as soon as i get my film protector. Waste of money and i thought the reviews of others are promising. I ended up with the very thing i was tryinv to avoid.

Good light but a bit disappointing

I like the connectivity and ease of use with the app. Its almost plug and play.
I like the full spectrum leds. It can pearl your plants if added with another light.
I dont like the weak intensity of the light. Even at max, the aquarium looks like a blackwater setup. It will need another light to complete it. Almost perfect but disappointing.
