Great player

The sound quality is very good, it's easy to navigate through the software, the instruction manual is easy to follow, and pictures come up fast. This player is so much better than a touch screen model I got from China on Ebay. The only negative is the screen could be 2" and that would make it better than excellent.

Strartup eperience with Pulsar 10K watts generator

This 10K watt generator is great. It started first try. I was concerned about the weight to lift it by the handles. Feels like about 50LBS and easy to move around. I had a little trouble finding the serial number to register it. I found a sticker in a difficult to see spot in the left top front corner. It was hard to read so I took a picture of it with my phone. The number on it was accepted by Pulsar. As an aside I was concerned that it might be too cheap so I also looked at the Ford 11.5K Watts. On the last page of the PDF manual I found Contact Pulsar for spare parts.

This is early in my experiment with Crucials SSD but so far so good.

I went to the Crucial website and found information on powering the drive without data attachment cable. This resets the drive. I also installed the latest firmware. During the firmware installation the drive checked out perfectly. Then I installed the drive in a Dell Dimension 4600 as boot for LinuxMint 17. The system boots up in 35 seconds! So far everything is working perfectly and I am writing this review on that system. Dell Dimension 4600 is P4 2800 MHZ with 2 Gb Ram and is around 2004 vintage. Users have reported that these drives gradually slow down. I found in my research that SSD should never be filled more than around 80% to allow for good operation of the internal controller.
