Professional Setup required
1 of 9 found this helpful If you setup a nest and thought this was as simple unfortunately it is not. The nest does not require you have a common wire for simple installation. For the ecobee if you don't have one you are required to install a power extender kit on your ac panel. This is no simple task so I returned mine and switched back to Nest.
