feeling better
1 of 1 found this helpful Good quality, no taste, I just add it to my normal meals. Hoping it will help keep my diabetic numbers lower.
Today my legs didn't hurt when I got out of bed. Normally I have to stand against the wall for the blood to get into my legs before I walk in the morning. I also eat healthy, no meat or dairy, hoping that helps too. I refuse to take pain medicine because the pain is a reminder why I want to eat healthy. All an all, feeling better, I am hoping Jackfruit has something to do with it. Taking the powder is WAY wasier than buying the fruit and taking it apart. But yes, I still buy it raw, take it apart and freeze it in small ziploc bags and use when needed.
