Fixed issue
This item seems to have been the fix. Fridge/freezer is working properly a d has yet to refreeze over. Been on about 2 weeks now. Easy to install.

Helped to fix our window issue. Needed a new motor as well.
This did its job. We thought this was our problem initially, but it didn't fix our problem alone as we determined our motor was too weak. No fault of this product, in hindsight we should have probably bought the regulator and motor with a single purchase.
