A great adventure story, based on the real Boxer Rebellion of 1900
1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent film, glad to finally find a copy on DVD. The filmmakers take a few liberties with the history of the Boxer Rebellion, but this is based on true events and most of the major plot points actually happened. A must for fans of Charlton Heston. The picture and sound are clear for a 1963 film, and the subtitles are easily turned off in the menu options.

Good, solid costume medals for Halloween or other costume affair.
The ribbons are substantial and hold their shape well. The medals themselves are made of metal and have enough weight to hang properly instead of flipping around like plastic ones tend to do. The only drawback is a simple safety-pin style fastener on the back, which is a little harder to get right on the first attempt than a traditional post pin-back would be. That's about the only thing I would change, and it's quite minor all things considered. It wouldn't be that hard to swap it out if you really wanted to, and it's good value for the money.
