Item condition listed as: The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. ATX MOBO ($16.95) and wall power cord ($11.65) missing (actually supposed to have 17 cables only came with 10). It can't work at all without either. Notified seller and plan to return if not rectified. Seller response - "If that s what you feel you need to do. But you won t find another at this price". And not true at $95.92 with added parts costs. Partial refund offered.

Partial refund accepted. I have been a buyer/seller on eBay for 23 years. Seller communication unacceptable. It is a sellers responsibility to list correctly. Response from seller "I did not misrepresent. The photos were exactly what you recieved. I did not specify cables only the power supply. I have no way of knowing of what you are building and would need a specific cable. So I am offering you a partial refund to cover the cost of the cables." Should have been listed as parts/repair not used.
