Talking Heads : Remain in Light CD (1984) Highly Rated eBay Seller Great Prices

Even better than I thought it was (now that I have the lyrics)
I think this is my 'joint favourite' Talking Heads album - along with Talking Heads 77. I've had this on cassette for years, only just recently got the CD, and now for the first time I have all the lyrics! I loved this album even before I really knew what all the songs were about, so now it's even better than I thought it was, if that makes sense (maybe I should stop making sense...) A great album anyway!
THIS IS TROJAN THE ORIGINAL SOUND OF SKA, ROCKSTEADY AND REGGAE 3 CD

Lots of classic Trojan & some surprises too!
Loads of my favourite Trojan tracks from the 60's and lots more recent tracks too. A good cross section of ska & reggae. Very pleased!

Homer's Odyssey, like Homer himself, is a joy. Definitely recommended.
Homer's Odyssey is a must-read book for any cat lover, and dare I say it, non-cat lovers will enjoy it too. It's much more than a book about a cat, it's a book about life, and how one life can profoundly affect another. Gwen opened her heart to Homer as soon as she met him as a kitten, and in this book she opens her heart and her life, to the reader. I have cats myself and tend to find tales about other people's cats a bit tedious (like looking at proud-parent baby photos), but Homer's Odyssey is not like that at all. I thoroughly enjoyed it, it made me laugh, and a couple of times also made me cry (for reasons I wasn't expecting to), and found that I, like Gwen, also learned from Homer. It's a book that will stay with you long after you read it, and quite likely you will find yourself recommending it to others. And, it may well save a few lives too, as maybe some people will also consider taking on a blind rescue cat from a shelter. Homer's Odyssey is an inspiration in the truest sense of the word.
