Protect your investment.
I work in a field which can become physically demanding at times. The risk of my watch being scratched, bumped, grabbed at or struck is particularly high. I wanted the best protection on offer and I think I've found it with this case. I won't ever be diving to 300m so I won't lie and state that it is protected to that depth. But a shower and a swim and a heap of sweat hasn't hurt it at all. Sure, it's not the most stylish of bands and it's more akin to a rectangular G Shock but there is nothing to stop you from simply changing the band when you need to lux it up a bit.
It requires a bit of force to get it fully enclosed and I urge you to read the instructions prior to installation. It comes with a screwdriver so no tools are necessary. It DOES NOT cover the screen so if you need some extra piece of mind be sure to purchase a screen protector. There is a pretty hardy silicon sleeve of sorts which provides the water protection the watch needs - this will make more sense when you finally put it all together.
All in all it's money well spent. It's an every day band/case for me and I can't fault it. Don't waste your cash on the $12.99 variants. They will break within a week (I can vouch for this!). The control bezel is covered but useable as is the main button. I haven't had any issues using the face of the watch either.

Perfect natural alternative
This stuff beats pumping your system with synthetic sleeping pills. Although not as potent I do think it works in getting me relaxed enough to fall asleep naturally, without the groggy after effects associated with medication. Not a bad taste and scent either. My only gripe is that they are quite large, but breaking them in half seems to get rid of that problem.
