The CD is very effective and helpful.
I encountered Creative Visualization when I read the book in 2009. I practiced the affirmations and it has done amazing changes in my life. I became more relaxed, more confident and can handle bigger challenges. I was curious about the meditations from the same book that I decided to buy the CD. What is nice about the CD is that, it is very effective and the parts are divided to specific purpose, such as solving a problem, a part where it caters to having health and energy and so on.
Overall, I find this CD excellent and a must buy for people who wants to improve themselves.
