New, Really?
0 of 3 found this helpful When one of the DVDs of a large set has a scratch that makes it difficult to read you may be able to accept it as a manufacturing issue, but when more than 6 DVDs have scratches, and can only be read after cleaning, you have to wonder if the set you bought as NEW really was. It is easy enough to repackage a used set with shrink wrap and call it NEW. Did the seller do that for this set? It would be hard to prove but it does seem likely and the effort required to clean the DVDs that were scratched made the lower price no bargain at all.
